Description

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) assesses the English language proficiency of people who want to study or work where English is used as the language of communication.

The (IELTS) system is highly regarded and widely recognized as the world’s most popular English language proficiency test for higher education and global migration.

It provides a fair, accurate and relevant assessment of language skills, based on well-established standards, and covers the full range of proficiency levels, from non-user to expert user.

Given that each institution or organization requires a specific IELTS band score for its candidates, it might be challenging to score the required result in the test’s four sections if the test taker does not practice and prepare for the exam. Therefore, it is essential that prospective IELTS takers familiarize themselves with the exam by the test format and the type of tasks involved.

Acquired Skills

1. Introduce students to the test format and time constraints;

2. Introduce students to the assessment criteria for each section

3. Assist students in improving their English language weaknesses and build up on their strengths by developing a wide range of language skills that are essential for test takers – this includes multitasking, fluency and accuracy, the use of different reading skills, and the use of the correct choice of terms and writing structures, among others;

4. Train students thoroughly on each section of the exam while focusing on time management skills that will be necessary for the exam;
