Description

This course offers integrated training that links artistic creativity with strategic management in the field of fashion design, aiming to enable student and non-student fashion designers to transform their creative ideas into successful and sustainable real-world projects.

The course covers a series of sequential topics, including: an introduction to creative business management, entrepreneurship and innovation in the fashion industry, strategic project planning, operations and supply chain management, marketing and brand building, culminating in a final applied project that integrates all acquired skills and knowledge.

The course emphasizes practical application through workshops, case studies, and the preparation of comprehensive business plans. This enhances participants' ability to compete in the local and global fashion market and enables them to build brands with a sustainable creative identity.
