2- Readiness for the Travel Technical Expert Exam – Palestinian Ministry of Tourism

Includes: Fundamentals of tourism and travel, types of documents and visas, reviewing all city and airport codes, focusing on travel and airport terminology in English, airport procedures and all related airport rules and regulations, hotels, key hospitality terminology, and hotel classifications.

Additionally, emphasis on ticket pricing basics, ticketing rules, how to read Amadeus screens, use the Amadeus system, and understand all its commands and ticketing regulations.
