This course aims to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship by enabling them to transform ideas into viable business models. it uses practical tools such as the business model canvas, preliminary market analysis, basic financial analysis, and the development of a prototype / mvp.

the course is based on an interactive methodology that emphasizes teamwork, analytical thinking, and hands-on application, enhancing participants’ ability to make entrepreneurial decisions grounded in a realistic understanding of the market.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Certified trainer in Entrepreneurship and the Business Model Canvas
  • Holder of a Training of Trainers (TOT) certificate
  • Participant in local and international entrepreneurship programs, including initiatives linked to the European EntreComp framework and Erasmus+-supported programs
  • Experience in delivering and facilitating training sessions and workshops for university students and emerging entrepreneurs, with a focus on transforming ideas into executable projects
