Description

A unique course in both title and content, enabling students to follow legal cases from the filing of the lawsuit until the issuance and execution of the judgment. This includes hearing evidence, witnesses, and medical experts, submitting legal defenses, issuing detention and release orders, and placing seizure orders on money and property, covering all stages of litigation from beginning to end.


Acquired Skills

Qualifying participants to become future judges and lawyers. After completing this course, students will be able to perform the roles of judge, lawyer, plaintiff, defendant, witness, medical expert, and any other role required in court proceedings. They will also be capable of handling a case from its beginning until the issuance of the final judgment.


Target Group

Current students and graduates of the Faculties of Sharia and Law.
