Prof. Dr. Saed Khayat is a distinguished academic leader and researcher with over 25 years of experience in water resources management, hydrochemistry, and higher education innovation. He currently serves as Director of the Grants and Projects Unit at An-Najah National University, leading international research development and strategic partnerships across Europe and the Mediterranean region. His research focuses on climate change and water policy, isotope hydrology, wastewater reuse, environmental biotechnology, and academic reform. Prof. Khayat has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles and has led major international initiatives funded by Erasmus+, IAEA, DAAD, BMBF, and OKP.
